Hello,

Javier suggest that I send out the steps for creating the VM and
the build environment before the start of the workshop so that
we don't all hit the internet connection dowbloading things at
the same time.  Find a document describing the steps, and a shell
script for starting the VM attached.  If you have any questions
just ask me, and if you don't have time to do the setup today
we'll do it together tomorrow.
